Party In A Jar  -- Organic Vodka & Cream

For those times when “normal” red sauce just won’t do, this collaboration with neighbors from Hanson of Sonoma Distillery hits the spot. Perfectly balanced using fresh organic plum tomatoes, organic cream, organic veggies, organic spices, and oh yeah, organic vodka. This is a party in a jar like you’ve never tasted before. The alcohol gets cooked off in the process so it’s kid-friendly, too. Bottoms up!

Sfoglini

The name is inspired by the tradition of the Italian Sfogline who perfected the art of pasta making using centuries-old techniques they shared with their families and communities. Sfoglini continues to honor these traditions through their innovations in shape artistry. The perfect shape enhances a meal by improving texture, sauce adherence, cooking consistency and visual appeal.

 

Their process combines the very best of Italian technique and American ingenuity. What does that mean? For starters, it means Sfoglini uses traditional bronze dies/plates on everything they make, which results in the beautiful, rough textured pasta (which makes the sauce stick!). In addition, they slow-dry every one of the pastas for over nine hours at a low temperature to preserve both flavor and nutrients.

Valente

Valente’s Lemon Pepper Linguine has a tangy, zesty, and bright flavor. There is just a hint of spice from the black pepper for balance. This pasta goes especially well with seafood or chicken, and it is great either hot or chilled.

Why does it cook so fast? Valente’s pasta is rolled, not extruded (think play dough machine) therefore it tastes like fresh pasta and the noodle is a lighter, less dense noodle.

Plant Based! Valente uses wheat, vegetable powders, herbs, and seasoning. We do not use any animal fats such as eggs and dairy with amazing taste!
