Bellisima Bigoli Beef Ragu

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag of Sfoglini- Bigoli Pasta *
  • 1 Jar of Yo Mama - Bellisima Basil *
  • 1 lb of Cooked Chuck/Pot Roast
  • 2 oz of Grated Parmesano Reggiano
  • 1TB Calabrian Chili Peppers (optional)
     
  1. Prepare the Chuck Roast:Shred and/or cube chuck roast into about 1 inch pieces. Using your leftover beef pot roast to turn into a fun different meal also works!
  2. Simmer the Sauce: Simmer in sauce on medium low heat in large non stick skillet for 10 minutes while pasta is boiling.
  3. Cooking the Pasta: Boil pasta in heavily salted water for 10 minutes
  4. Combine the Ingredients: Remove pasta and add into pan with a cup of the pasta water.
  5. Optional Step: Add Calabrian peppers for a little heat.
  6. Finish the Sauce: Continue simmering on medium low heat until sauce reduces, and pasta is al dente (about 10 minutes).
  7. Serve!: Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and divide into servings.
