Ceriello

In 1973, Andrea (Andy) Ceriello started in the Italian food business. After establishing stores at various location in Staten Island and Long Island, he settled at our current location in NYC in 1980. In its first days, he followed the traditions of the Italian Salumerie—known in New York as Pork Stores. No poultry was sold—and no spaghetti either! Over the years, the business has evolved. They making the sauces in their store kitchen for over 20 years--hand-stirred and hand-filled in heat-sealed jars. Only Italian-grown San-Marzano Style tomatoes, fresh produce and top-quality spices are used.
Spicy!
Fra Diavolo (also known as Arrabiata) Sauce has chunks of San Marzano tomatoes simmered with red hot peppers and spices for our own spicy sauce. It’s perfect with fried calamari, shrimp, or vegetables as a dipping sauce. It’s easily toned down when mixed with Marinara sauce for a milder, but still spicy sauce.

Backyard Brine
Backyard Brine is a specialty food company founded by husband and wife team Cori Anne and Randy Kopke. We produce all-natural pickled products and condiments on the beautiful North Fork of Long Island.

Our company started in 2013 in our home kitchen with family recipes and produce from our backyard garden. Our first order was 100 jars of pickles for favors for a family wedding. We came up with names such as “Dill Death Do Us Part”, “We Go Together Like Bread & Butter” and “Relish the Moment”. The pickles were a hit and Backyard Brine was born!

Meet Jimmy
Truffleist founder, Jimmy Kunz, was fortunate enough to explore a medley of culinary experiences at a young age. Growing up in New York City, Jimmy earned an early appreciation of delicious, cravable dishes made up of the pristine classics and humble, culturally diverse cuisines his hometown has to offer. These food moments and memories imprinted on Jimmy, and motivated his commitment to creating remarkable experiences with those around him, communing through the sharing of mind-blowing food. Jimmy began making truffle butter as a holiday gift for friends and family before he was inspired to take his passion to the next level by officially becoming The Truffleist. Like a modern-day version of the street cart vendors who walked a young New York City, Jimmy started out hand-delivering the product to his early customers, personally navigating the City streets by Vespa.

What We're Up to
Since launching the company with that flagship truffle butter in 2013, The Truffleist now offers a growing selection of distinct truffle products, in addition to hosting a wildly successful seasonal market: Cheesesteaks by The Truffleist. The Truffleist products are available at pop-up markets, specialty shops, internet, and up and down the East Coast on the shelves of Whole Foods. We are also honored to be featured in the dishes of some of New York’s most visionary and celebrated chefs.

American Vinegar Works
Driven for Great Vinegar

American Vinegar Works are artisanal makers dedicated exclusively to the small batch fermentation of vinegars that enhance cooking and cocktails.
We are living in a renaissance of incredible American craft fermentation. Throughout the country we are fortunate to find exciting and authentic options for beer, cider, sake, and wine. And yet for quality American vinegars there are barely any options and we are left to make do with mass-produced products, subpar imports or caramel-added balsamics. They asked why should vinegar – something that changes our very experience of food and beverages – be ignored?
American Vinegar Works shows what a thoughtfully made vinegar can be. Their novel approach combines traditional techniques with a forward-looking vision to produce unique vinegars that transform our cooking and our cocktails.
We Start With Great Ingredients
Alcohol is the base ingredient for all high quality vinegars. The better the base alcohol, the better the vinegar. Because of this, we do our best to select only American wines, beers and ciders that reflect regional taste profiles and emphasize quality. We spend the time to find ingredients that inspire us, and you can taste the difference.
Focus on Great Craft
Modern vinegar production has come a long way. American Vinegar Works believes it has come a little too far. Even 'premium' labeled vinegars are often produced at an industrial scaled that short-cuts the fermentation process to hours instead of the needed months or years. While the bottle may be pretty, often the end result is one-note vinegar lacking depth of flavor and overwhelmingly acidic.
American Vinegar Works has gone a different way. They have embraced the value of time and revived a production method from the early 1800s to create vinegars that are naturally fermented and deliver complex flavors. All of the vinegars are produced, aged and bottled in their vinegar works in the Bay State. No outsourcing, no co-packing, no short cuts. It takes more effort, it takes more time… but the results are brilliant.
Ultimate Red Wine Vinegar
Made with California Shiraz (or Syrah) this vinegar is a bold standout that will quickly become your go-to red wine vinegar for your most versatile vinaigrettes. This vinegar was co-fermented in small batches using a unique process from the early 1800s and aged in 25 gallon American oak barrels. They call it our Ultimate Red Wine Vinegar for a reason… This is one of the best red wine vinegars you can find.
We hope you will enjoy the vinegars as much as we do!
Morelli

Morelli has been creating gourmet Italian pasta in Tuscany since 1860 and is a family-run company with the 5th generation currently preserving the traditions their ancestors put into place. They utilize an artisanal method of reincorporating wheat germ into semolina to create their pasta with a unique taste and the aroma of wheat. Their pasta also has a high level of Vitamin A and D due to their unusual ingredients.
After years of using wheat germ, Morelli has managed to create pasta with its extraordinary, unmistakable flavor. An intense wheat aroma is released during cooking and the water turns slightly green because of the presence of fresh wheat germ. …it is different …it tastes good even when served with just a trickle of oil. Morelli’s pasta is something else!
GOURMET ITALIAN SQUID INK LINGUINE
Handmade with high grade durum wheat from Tuscany and added wheat germ (the heart of the grain itself). This dried pasta is quite dense and absorbs sauces well to give a more succulent and full-bodied flavor to your cooking. UNIQUE FLAVOR - Morelli black squid ink pasta with wheat germ to create a rich, nutty bite.
