PS Seasonings - Prime Time steak rub

PS Seasonings believes taste can transport you – to the family dinner table, a pregame tailgate, or to places around the world you’ve never been. This philosophy is reflected in their extensive product lineup of more than 5,200 unique blends developed by a team of food scientists, master meat crafters and culinary team. PS Seasoning produces an astounding 40 million pounds of seasoning annually tailored for BBQ enthusiasts, home cooks, meat processors and private food labels.

Treat Your Meat – Buttery Beef Rub

When you want the best meat, you go to your butcher. When you want the best flavor, you reach for the butcher's blend. This buttery blend of garlic and herbs is a prime selection for any roast or choice cut. It's butcher-approved.

Pro Tip:   Drizzle prime rib with olive oil and liberally coat with seasoning. Place prime rib fat side up, which will bathe the roast in its own flavorful juices as it cooks.

1934 BBQ Sauce

The history of 1934 BBQ Sauce is as rich and tantalizing as the sauce itself.

Nearly a century ago . . .

The story began in Waco, Texas in 1934, when Syrian and Lebanese immigrants formed a local organization (The Waco Syrian Lebanese club) to enjoy friendship and raise money for local charities. Club members hosted their first BBQ fundraising dinner to raise money for building a club house and local charities. The inaugural barbecue was so successful, it became the association’s much-anticipated annual fundraising event, feeding hundreds of thousands of Central Texans over the next six decades.

Annual BBQ Dinner . . .

In the beginning there was no acknowledged method to cooking brisket. Club members experimented cooking the meat “low and slow,” and are considered some of the Texas pioneers in creating the technique most use today. Event organizers wanted to offer barbecue sauce to complement the meal, but bottled sauce was not available in grocery stores in 1934. A sauce was made, and became a mainstay of the meal from the first barbecue in 1934 until the last barbecue the association hosted in 1991. In 2017, Fredrick Khoury and his wife Sandee started the company 1934 to produce the club’s “Original” sauce as well as to pay homage to the year the sauce debuted at the first Waco Syrian Lebanese Club’s barbecue.

Smooth, Savory & Lightly Sweet Onion BBQ Sauce

They took the original 1934 BBQ Sauce and enhanced it with pureed sweet onions for a smooth, slightly sweet, and perfectly balanced flavor. The onions mellow out the bold black pepper and vinegar notes, creating a sauce so delicious, you’ll keep coming back for more!

Why You’ll Love It:

·         Naturally Sweet & Smooth – Pureed sweet onions add just the right touch of smoothness.

·         Perfectly Balanced – Not too sweet, not too much onion—just the perfect harmony of flavors.

·         Versatile & Delicious – Pairs beautifully with beef, chicken, pork, fish, wings, pasta, and even pizza!

Elijah’s Xtreme

Elijah’s Xtreme® was created from a father and son’s love of hot peppers and passion to create a more flavorful, thicker, hotter, hot sauce. Elijah’s Xtreme Ghost Pepper Sauce officially launched in June of 2014!

Elija's Extreme family photo

In 2003, Elijah at the age of 6, in his father’s garden, asked what he could do to be the youngest person to eat the world's hottest pepper. At that his father Bret, gave him a hot banana pepper and said "Start here.". That first bite sent Elijah running for water and began his love for hot peppers and hot sauces.
A few years later, after trying many different hot sauces, Elijah went to his father again and asked if they could make their own better tasting, hotter, hot sauce. It took the father and son team more than three years of trial and error to finally get their handcrafted recipe just right. Late in the summer of 2013 the two created the perfect balance of heat and flavor. They sent out over 100 samples and the feedback was great… everyone loved it, saying the same thing… “It’s hot, but has great flavor! ” With that, his father named their creation, Elijah’s Xtreme! (Since Elijah wanted to be so Xtreme by eating the world’s hottest pepper).

It was that same summer when Elijah, then 16, met Smokin’ Ed Currie at PuckerButt Pepper Company in Fort Mill, SC. Elijah ate “Smokin’ Ed’s Carolina Reaper®” the World’s Hottest Pepper and met his goal! (after that he later said, never again, that hurt for 24 hours!)

7 years later we are very blessed to be pushing the boundaries in the hot sauce world. Elijah graduated business school in 2020 and has since taken over part of running the business alongside his father.

Bourbon Blueberry Chipotle BBQ Sauce & Marinade

Elija's Xtreme BBQ Sauce - Bourbon Blueberry Chipotle BBQ Sauce & Marinade

This one’s all about flavor, not fire. Elijah’s Xtreme Blueberry Bourbon BBQ Sauce is smooth, smoky, slightly sweet, and 100% heat-free. It mixes real blueberries, a splash of Kentucky bourbon, and smoky chipotle for a bold, rich BBQ sauce that’s more about taste than burn. This sauce makes everything taste like it came off a smoker, no pitmaster skills needed.

Elijah’s Blueberry Bourbon BBQ Sauce isn’t trying to melt your face off. It’s just here to make your food taste awesome. It’s perfect on grilled chicken, pork chops, ribs, and burgers, but it’s also weirdly great on stuff like baked brie, fries, and even grilled cheese. No joke.

If you’ve been burned by too many “sweet heat” sauces that just blast your tongue, this one’s a refreshing change. It’s bold, it’s rich, and it’s crazy versatile. Just flavor, no flames.

Why It Hits Different

  • Delicious Sweet and Smoky Flavors: Blueberries give this sauce a smooth, fruity base that’s not too sugary. It’s rich, dark, and irresistibly tasty, so you keep dipping. The chipotle gives it a subtle smoky taste.
  • Real Bourbon in Every Bottle: It’s got that warm, slightly sweet edge thanks to Kentucky bourbon. Not fake flavoring, the real stuff. You get that caramel note bourbon lovers know, but cooked down so there’s no alcohol left in it.
  • Smoky Chipotle Without the Heat: The chipotle here serves as a supporting player, so it has a classic smoky BBQ vibe without bringing any burn. Even people who don’t like anything spicy can enjoy it without blinking.
  • Perfect Texture: It’s got that just-right thickness. Not watery, not goopy. You can brush it on meat, use it for dipping, or spoon it straight onto your plate. It spreads like a dream and sticks where you want it.
  • No Junk, Just Good Stuff: Every ingredient in here is legit. No high-fructose corn syrup. No artificial flavors. No preservatives. It’s gluten-free too, so you can serve it up to pretty much anyone.
